On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

EXCHANGE POLICY

STYLORD is made to make you happy, and we back that up by our exchange policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase, just contact us within 3 days and we will offer you replacement. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchange for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met : 1- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact 2- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition 3- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole 4- Originals receipts would need to be included 5- All items would need to be purchased originally from Lebanon | If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us. NOTE: Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by STYLORD when sent back.
