Thank you for your interest in STYLORD! Unfortunately if you see an item on our social media but you do not see it available on our website the item is no longer available. We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style.

We ship worldwide except for Russia, Palestine, Israel and Syria.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 3 days period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.

Delivery Processing Times

Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

Item that is not on hand and needs to be prepared for a period after the order is placed. We offer you a special discount for these exclusive Pre-Order new items.

After your purchase with us a confirmation email with the details of your order are sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete. You will see a page that says " Thank you for your order, here is your order number." Your email may have filtered into your spam folder. If you need us to resend it please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

STYLORD Boutique does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and shipping. in some unique cases, it is possible your local post office may request additional fees for customs, taxes or VATs. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local post office.

We are taking requests for new partners, distributors or licensees on stylordboutique@gmail.com. We sell directly to wholesalers outside Lebanon only. Contact us on stylordboutique@gmail.com for more info.
