We ship worldwide except for Russia, Palestine, and Israel.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 3 days period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale. Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account. Delivery Processing Times Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order. If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Item that is not on hand and needs to be prepared for a period after the order is placed. We offer you a special discount for these exclusive Pre-Order new items.
After your purchase with us a confirmation email with the details of your order are sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete. You will see a page that says " Thank you for your order, here is your order number." Your email may have filtered into your spam folder. If you need us to resend it please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
STYLORD Boutique does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and shipping. in some unique cases, it is possible your local post office may request additional fees for customs, taxes or VATs. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local post office.

Always. We handle dry cleaning before and after the rental.

Dresses are always delivered steamed and ready to wear. However, we do have some delicate pieces that crease easily. If you do receive a piece with slight creases, please contact us for advice.

You can rent for 3, 5, and 8 days. In case you need to rent for more days, contact us and we'll help you out.

You can reserve up to 10 months in advance! We recommend that you receive your dress 1 day before your event.

It is possible; however, we do not recommend this because the renter takes full responsibility for the care of the piece.
Yes of course, just notify us right away and we can help you amend it.
Our prices range from USD 70 for casual items up to thousands of USD for evening dresses.

We are open daily from 11:30 AM till 7:30 PM Except Saturday Till 6:30pm.

We are located in Jdeideh, Pierre Gemayel Street, Justice Palace Intersection, Facing St. Sarkis & Bakhos Church.

Accidents happen, we know. That's why we have a mandatory 5% insurance that covers stains and simple repairs. However, if the damage is irreparable then the renter will bear responsibility as per the rental agreement.
We are constantly updating our stock with the latest collections.
Of course, our dresses are offered for rent and sale.
Yes, reasonable rates will apply for extra days.
We are taking requests for new partners, distributors or licensees on stylordboutique@gmail.com. We sell directly to wholesalers outside Lebanon only. Contact us on stylordboutique@gmail.com for more info.
