We do not return: Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at STYLORD we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 3 days of receipt by you. Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by STYLORD when sent back. Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you. We offer 2 exchanges for every item. Exchanges If for any reason you do not love your items, they cannot be returned but exchanged at any time during the first 3 days! You may exchange your merchandise purchased online by mail or by contacting us on +96170796999 For purchases within Lebanon, exchanges made at STYLORD Store are free. However, exchanging online is submitted to shipping charges. For International exchanges, No return, no exchange

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Additionally, once you reach checkout and enter your delivery address, the page will refresh and available shipping options and rates will appear as per your order weight. Once you click your preferred option, you'll also see an estimated delivery date. Please note this date is an estimate.

As soon as you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then be working extremely quickly to get this order picked and packed and sent out to you. Once this has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this (within 24 hours) with a 'VIEW AND TRACK YOUR ORDER' button included. If you click this link, you'll be taken to a page where you'll find your tracking number and courier. You can then use this tracking number on the courier's website for accurate updates! Your tracking will continue to update as your parcel makes its way to you. If you are unable to locate this email, you can enter your order number at the bottom of our website. Simply click on 'Track My Order' under the 'Information' section at the bottom of our website to view your latest delivery updates. You'll just need your order number. Yes, depending on each country, the customer should be held responsible for paying customs and tariff fees.

Yes! You can purchase an STYLORD e-gift card for any occasion. You can buy an e-gift card for $50, $100, $150 or $200. Simply choose the amount and check out as normal. The e-gift card will be emailed to you and contain instructions on how your recipient can redeem it at checkout. You can also add a particular message to the gift card receiver. They are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. E-gift cards expire after 2 years. Spread the love and treat someone today!

We’re an International brand so our website defaults to USD however if you click theUSD icon in the top right corner, you can pick a different currency. Please note sizes will always remain in US/EU format regardless of currency unless shopping in USD.

We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Western Union, Whish Money, and Money Gram. Also cash on delivery is supported for Lebanon. Please note these are available to selected countries.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, unfortunately this means that we will be unable to cancel your purchase at this point. If you are yet to receive a shipping confirmation email from us, you can get in touch by simply clicking the WhatsApp icon which can be located at the bottom corner of the page and stating 'cancel order' in your first message. Alternatively, you have the option to request a cancellation within 10 minutes of placing your order. You can do this on the order confirmation email. or via WhatsApp at +96170796999 Our team will do their best to fix this for you before your order leaves our warehouse. We may not be able to make changes if your order is already being processed by the warehouse or is awaiting collection. However, it is worth asking as we'll see what we can do but please be aware we can't guarantee this.

We're really sorry if your purchase has been cancelled - we will have sent you an email explaining the reason for this. Cancellations can be for two reasons: If the item(s) purchased is unexpectedly out of stock and we are unable to fulfill your purchase If there is an issue with your payment (e.g. the billing address does not match the address the card is registered to, some of the payment information is incorrect, you have tried to make a high volume of transactions in a short space of time etc). All parcels are checked meticulously before being dispatched, so we are truly sorry if we have made a mistake with yours. Please double check your emails in case we have notified you that we were unable to fulfill your purchase. If you have not received an email notifying you of this, simply click the WhatsApp icon which can be located at the bottom corner of the page. Make sure to have your order details ready! Please don't throw away the packaging as the courier will require photos of this in order to conduct a full investigation into your missing item(s).
